The East Bladen at West Bladen football game has been moved to Thursday because of possible effects from Hurricane Ian. The game will kick off at 7 p.m. at The Castle.
The game originally was scheduled to be played Friday.
In a related move, the West Bladen at East Bladen junior varsity football game has been rescheduled for Thursday, Oct. 6 at 6:30 p.m. The East Bladen JV team will play at Midway on Oct. 13 at 6 p.m.
As of 11 a.m. Monday, Ian was expected to hit portions of western Cuba beginning Monday night at 7 p.m., according to the National Hurricane Center. The storm is expected to hit south Florida on Tuesday. East Bladen’s varsity football team will play at West Bladen Thursday night at 7:00.
