East Bladen’s jayvee football team won the Three Rivers Conference title with a perfect 7-0 record in conference play.
Coach Ritchie Priest’s Eagles posted a 7-1 overall record losing only to Clinton in their non-conference season-opener. East Bladen bounced back to defeat Whiteville 12-8, then won 26-16 at South Columbus.
In their final five games, the Eagles rolled to wins of 30-0 over Red Springs, 41-0 at West Columbus, 47-0 at Fairmont, 26-2 over St. Pauls and 20-6 at East Columbus.
