East Bladen’s Boys Track & Field team will compete in the North Carolina High School Athletic Association Class 2A State Meet Friday at North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro.
Eian Hines, the Mid-East Regional Long Jump champion, and his twin brother Ethan Hines will compete in the Long Jump and the 100 Meter Dash. The two brothers will be joined by teammates Travaris Carter and C. J. Murphy on the Eagles 4X100 Meter Relay team.
Eagle senior Atlas Goss, the Mid-East Regional Discus champion will compete in the Discus at the State Meet. The events will begin at 10 a.m.
