Approximately 30% of Bladen County’s 22,000 registered voters cast ballots during the one-stop voting period that ended Saturday afternoon, according to figures provided by the Bladen County Board of Elections.

Tuesday, the other 70% will have an opportunity to vote for candidates in races for U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives, several judgeships, Bladen County sheriff, Bladen County Board of Education and a handful of other Bladen offices and referendums.

The seventeen precincts throughout the county are scheduled to open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. Anyone in line to vote when polls are scheduled to close will be allowed to vote.
