The Elizabethtown Board of Commissioners will meet Monday at 7 p.m. for their regular monthly meeting.  A work session is scheduled for 12 noon on the same day.
At the regular meeting, several Public Hearings will be held, all for public comment.  Included is a proposal for four new duplexes located at 212 Rollins Street by Hilton-DeVane Enterprises and a request related to the construction of a garage at 112 Biggs Avenue.  That request is from Verlin Graham.
Appointments are expected to be made to the Elizabethtown Housing Authority.  Other action includes a 25-year lease with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for Lock and Dam #2.
Commissioners will also receive the monthly financial report from Jay Leatherman, Finance Director.
A closed session is scheduled for the purpose of discussion related to Greene Family Properties.
Both regular sessions are open to the public.  The meetings will be held at Elizabethtown Town Hall on West Broad Street.
