The Elizabethtown Town Council will hold a budget retreat on Tuesday beginning at 8:30 a.m. at the White Lake Town Hall.

Items up for discussion include: expected changes to the town’s budget; a water and sewer rate analysis presented by Angie Mettlen; an overview of the town’s long term debt and a discussion of proposed organizational changes.

The council will also hear update from various department heads regarding times of importance to those individual departments. 

Public Works Director Pat DeVane is scheduled to present the proposed Capital Improvement Plan for 2016-17 and a Powell Bill priority list.

The council will also hold a roundtable discussion with invited guests. 

Charles McKoy has also requested to address the board.

The council will also be tasked with discussing proposed budget requests and setting priorities for the coming budget year.
