KempBladen County Sheriff James A. McVicker announced the arrest of 48 year old Michael Kemp of 1691 Lyon Landing Road, Elizabethtown.  He is charged with three counts of felonious breaking and entering, felonious larceny and felonious possession of stolen goods.
 
Sheriff McVicker said Kemp is charged with two counts of breaking into the Murphy Brown LLC facility in Tar Heel and one at their White Oak location.  The break-ins occurred in February.
 
Kemp is charged with stealing semi-tractor trailer tires.  Sheriff McVicker said deputies had recovered 8 tires valued at over $1,600.  The investigation is continuing by Bladen County deputies and they continue to search for additional property.
