The Elizabethtown Town Council will meet at 7 p.m. Monday night to discuss several issue.
Mr. Boris Powell has requested to appear before the board during the Open Forum session. The board will conduct a public hearing regarding a special use permit to construct a detached garage at 205 Singletary Avenue.
The board will also consider adopting several resolutions. The first resolution is in memory of Ben Green and it will be presented to Mary Green. The board will also consider a declaration of surplus property for the police department and public works department; and consider a request aid for Airport Industrial Park Phase I design and build.
In administrative matters, the board will consider a forgivable loan for Taylor Manufacturing; hear an update on a handicap parking meter; a code enforcement update; receive a budget amendment for consideration; and hear the monthly financial report.
