This Saturday the Bladen County Master Gardeners will be having a Fall Plant Sale at 9 a.m. The sale will be taking place in Bladenboro at the “100 Year Anniversary of the Farm Life School” which is located at 801 S. Main Street, Bladenboro.
At 7 p.m. the B.C.T.S-B.C.H.S Alumni Association will be holding its annual Awards Banquet at the Paul R. Brown Building in Elizabethtown. Admission will be $25.00 to get in and the public is invited to come.
Also, this Saturday, the Centennial Celebration will be taking place at the Bladenboro Historical Society Building for the Bladenboro Farm Life Building. The event will start off at 7:30 a.m. with a pancake breakfast sponsored by the Bladenboro Rotary Club and along with Bladenboro Historical Society. Tickets will be $5 and will officially start at 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.
On Sunday, Celebrate Recovery, will be taking place at the Windsor United Methodist Church. Celebrate Recovery is a Christ Centered 12 Step Recovery Ministry. Celebrate Recovery will meet on Sunday nights from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Dinner will be served at 6 p.m. and child care is provided and will be doing a curriculum of their own.
