There will be a Back To School fling this Saturday at the Cape Fear Farmer’s Market. It starts off at 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. in the afternoon. From 8 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Royalty Enterprise will be handing out school supplies this Saturday. For more information contact Courtney Miller at 910-703-5241.
A Democratic candidate for Congressional District 9 will be coming to visit Bladen County on Saturday at Powell Melvin Agricultural Center at 1:30 p.m. Dan McReady is scheduled to appear. Everyone is invited.
Benefit Bike Ride and Plate Sale is to be held this Saturday August 26th, 2017. Bike Registration is from 9 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. – kick stand up at 11 a.m..BBQ plate sale starts at 11 a.m. $7.00 ea.
Kid activities will also begin at 11 a.m. $5.00 wristbands which includes:
face paintings, bounce house, & train rides.
Sno cone machine $2 ea.
Auction & 50/50 drawing.
