Red Springs’ football team has been quarantined by coronavirus protocols, so West Bladen’s opponent for Friday’s home game will be Fairmont. That game will be played at Tar Heel Middle School and will begin at 7 p.m.
It will be the opening game for the Knights, who were scheduled to open on February 27th at South Columbus. That game was moved to March 12th because the Stallions couldn’t play. Then the Knights were going to open against Red Springs this Friday, but now the Red Devils have been replaced by Fairmont.
