
The Bladen County Cooperative Extension Office located on Smith Circle is offering classes free of charge for the community. They are as follows:
*Straw Bale/Wine Bottle Decoration
A fun little project using a small straw bale and three empty wine bottles. I will provide a straw bale and hot glue. You will need to bring three wine bottles, one string of 100 white Christmas lights and flowers or whatever you are using to decorate. This would be beautiful at the front door, on the dining room table or on the patio.

*Get Your Yard Ready For Winter
Doing a few winter chores now will assure you of extra time come spring. Come to class to find out what needs to be done and how best to take care of the lawn, vegetable garden, house plants, perennials and other outdoor spaces prior to the cold season.

*Holiday Wreath Making
A great holiday activity to make a wreath for the front door, inside the house or back gate. I will provide the green wreath and hot glue. You will need to bring ribbon, flowers, seeds, pods, glitz and whatever you are decorating with. Think outside the box and design a fantastic holiday wreath.
