BlackThe FBI is attempting to identify possible victims of child sex abuse that involve a man who is alleged to have White Lake connections

The FBI along with the Raleigh Police Department and the Harnett County Sheriff’s Officer are seeking to identify more potential victims of Ronald Keith Black Sr. of Lillington. Officials arrested Black on April 29 and charged him with 29 counts of first degree sexual offense and 12 counts of indecent liberties with a minor.  The arrest came after an investigation involving dissemination of child pornography over the internet.

According to reports, Black is alleged to have abused juveniles as early as the 1980s and law enforcement officials believe there may be additional victims who have not been identified.

Black is believed to have connection to the White Lake area as well as Tennessee and Florence, SC. He was a youth camp leader at a Baptist church in the 1980s as well as serving as a baseball coach, according to reports.

Anyone with any information is asked to call the FBI office in Charlotte at 704-672-6100 or the Raleigh Police Department at 919-384-HELP.
