Firefighters from throughout Bladen County are on the scene of a fire at 305
Woodland Street in Elizabethtown.
The two story home was fully engulfed by the flames. Fire officials on the scene do not yet know what sparked the blaze.
The house is a total loss. The family was not home at the time of the fire, however, there was a family pet believed to be in the house. The dog’s fate is not known at this time.
The family has housing available for one week at this time, but is in need of clothing.
Sizes needed are as follows:
Womens Medium/Large tops, Pants/Shorts 7-9 Shoes 8
Men’s Medium and Large shirts, Pants/Shorts –30/30 to 32/32 Shoes 10 -10 1/2
Women’s/Juniors Small tops, Pants/shorts 0 Shoes 7.
