The plans for the first annual Youth Rally for Bladen County are moving forward. The rally is planned for Sunday, March 6, at 5 p.m. at the Elizabethtown Middle School and theme will be “My Story.”
The rally will be open to all youth in Bladen County. There will be food, music, entertainment and fun.
Planners met on Sunday to begin finalizing the event. Issues regarding transportation to and from the event were finalized.
Speakers scheduled to appear include David Pait, Stephen Cox, Nicole Dove, Shaquandra McCray, and Woody Hester to name a few. There will also be musical performances during the evening as well as other entertainment.
A prize is being offered to the youth group that brings the largest number of people.
Those in attendance will also receive a gift bag that will include, a bracelet, scripture, an issue of My Daily Bread and other items.
