TABOR CITY – South Columbus defeated West Bladen 69-14 Thursday night in Three Rivers Conference football action.

Junior quarterback Tyre Boykin broke loose and scooted 52 yards for a Knight touchdown in the first quarter. The conversion attempt failed.

In the fourth quarter, junior running back Tra’Shawn Ballard powered into the end zone from 2 yards out for a West Bladen touchdown. Sophmore Shyron Adams caught a pass from Boykin for the 2-point conversion.

The Knights will host rival East Bladen next Friday night.
