Four County Electric Membership Corporation offers all-expense-paid summer basketball camp scholarships for middle school students (rising sixth and seventh graders) to the Carolina Basketball School and Wolfpack Basketball Camp.
Boys who will be in 6th or 7th grade during the 2023-2024 school year can apply for a scholarship through Four County EMC to attend the Carolina Basketball School June 17-21 at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Girls who will be in 6th or 7th grade during the 2023-2024 school year can apply for a scholarship through Four County EMC to attend the Wolfpack Women’s Basketball Camp June 18-22 at N.C. State University in Raleigh.
Students can download an application by clicking here for boys camp and clicking here for girls camp. Four County EMC will select one student for each camp in a competitive process based on academics, extracurricular activities, and a short essay. Rising sixth and seventh graders are eligible to apply and the final deadline is March 31.
Not only does the program allow North Carolina middle school students to spend time on a college campus, but it also gives them the opportunity to receive individual and group instruction from two successful collegiate coaches to enhance their basketball skills.
