Four County Electric Membership Corporation is a local company who believes in giving back to the community. Every year the electric company donates funding to teachers through their North Carolina Bright Ideas Grants.

East Bladen Hight School was featured on the membership corporation’s social media account. The post said, “We love to hear from teachers who are putting their #ncBrightIdeas grants in motion, like Mr. Ron Warren’s art class at East Bladen High School!”

The idea was a Pendulum Design Painting. Four County said the idea is a fresh and creative approach to non-objective painting.

Beginning April 1, Four County Electric Membership Corporation will begin their application process for the next round of funding. You may receive additional information and learn how to apply for a 2019 Bright Ideas Grant at: http://www.fourcty.org/index.php?p=6&s=37
