A freeze watch has been issued for Bladen County for Tuesday night into Wednesday morning.
Temperatures are predicted to 32 degrees or below for a few hours on Wednesday morning. Folks are advised that sensitive plants or vegetation will either be damaged or killed. Outdoor pets and livestock may need a place to seek shelter and warm up. Outdoor plumbing could also be at risk if not properly insulated.
Folks are encouraged to take measures to protect vegetation, livestock, pets and outdoor plumbing.
