As the fall season brings cooler temperatures to the Carolinas, excitement is building for the highly anticipated Shuck N’ Shag event, set to take place on Thursday, November 7, 2024, at the Vineland Station Depot. Columbus County Chamber of Commerce & Tourism announced the event, starting at 5:00 p.m. and ending at 9:00 p.m. Guests will enjoy a delightful evening filled with delicious food, great music, and the classic Southern tradition of shag dancing.
With a perfect forecast for the event day, temperatures are expected to reach a comfortable 75 degrees during the day and a mild 60 degrees in the evening. It’s the ideal weather to savor a menu that includes fresh oysters, peel-and-eat shrimp, hearty chili, and chicken and rice soup.
Tickets for this unforgettable night are just $50 each and are available through the Chamber’s office or online at this link. Be sure to secure your spot soon, as tickets are likely to sell out quickly for this popular event.
