Girl Scouts and STEM together in one event

Spread the love

Are you a G.I.R.L. (Go-getter, Innovator, Risk-Taker and Leader) who wants to learn more about STEM and Girl Scouts? Come join us on February 2, 2019 from 1-3 p.m. at the Girl Scout building in Elizabethtown for some fun STEM activities and expand your knowledge in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math -Girl Scout style- while making new friends and having fun!! Learn about cool stuff like density, problem-solving, and working with polymers (aka making SLIME)! While the girls are having fun, parents/guardians can learn about troop options in the area and get the girls registered* for a year of fun and opportunities in Girl Scouts! Current Girl Scouts are also welcome to attend- if you bring a friend who joins you’ll earn a special “Bring a Friend” patch! Please RSVP by 2/1.

*Annual membership fee is $25- Full or partial financial Assistance is available if needed.
