DUBLIN – Wilmington Hoggard defeated West Bladen 74-13 Tuesday night in the Lady Knights girls basketball season opener.
Kasee Singletary nailed a 3-point shot and added another basket in the first quarter and led the West Bladen scoring with 5 points. Teammate Seniah Johnson followed with 4 points.
Lola Lovitt poured in 22 points to lead Hoggard. Teammate Angel Smith netted 10 points.
