RED SPRINGS – East Bladen built a 2-0 halftime lead en route to a 5-0 Three Rivers Conference girls soccer victory over Red Springs Monday night.

Freshman Maya McDonald and junior Sydney Wober fired in two goals each to lead the Lady Eagle scoring. McDonald also dished out two assists. Junior Bailey Davis knocked in the other East Bladen goal.

Senior Ashley Hardin, junior Patience Ward and sophmore Katie Evans delivered one assist each. Senior Ting Lin recorded the shutout in goal for the Lady Eagles.

Coach Jay Raynor’s Lady Eagles improved to 12-1 in the Three Rivers and 15-1 overall. East Bladen will close out their regular season schedule Wednesday with a 6 p.m. game at rival West Bladen.
