The Goodwill Community Foundation is offering Back To School Supplies at the Bladen County Public Library on Wednesday, August 3, at 3 p.m. The bags of school supplies will be given to k-12 students.
Bladen County Public Library Director Kelsey Edwards said students must be present to receive the school supplies. Registration is required to ensure enough supplies are available. To pre-register for supplies, call 910-862-6990.
“This is a part of the regular summer reading program,” said Edwards.
She added that the library also has some things that were purchased for children who are younger than Kindergarten.
“The main thing is to call ahead so we can get an accurate idea of how many bags are needed,” said Edwards.
