Bladen County residents who like fashion and love to shop enjoyed a Fashion Show at Goody’s in Elizabethtown hosted by Kay Johnson Martin and Denise Bryan this Thursday afternoon. The crowd huddled around the “stage” area while checking out the latest trends offered at the store.
Store Manager, Denise Bryan opened the show by saying, “Our mission is to be America’s leading small town and neighborhood retailer dedicated to delivering desirable brand name family apparel with exceptional value and service.” Then the show began with Kay introducing the eight models dressed in the latest apparel and accessories.
Denise said they hope to host more events like these in the future. Everyone that participated in the show received a discount on the outfits they wore, and everyone that watched the show received a 30% coupon.
Lauren Taylor, the daughter of Jennifer and Frankie Taylor wore a spaghetti strap mint-colored popover dress. Scott and Mary Bell’s daughter, Alyssa Bell wore a sleeveless Brandy Melville vest dress. Tracy Miller, the wife of Daniel Miller and mother of Elizabeth Ann wore Joe B. tropical pant in black with a My Michelle ruffle front woven top in red. Trinity Smith, the daughter of Brandon and Tina Smith wore City Triangles sleeveless peach belted lace dress. Mrs. Joyce Wilkins, wife of David Wilkins wore Alfred Dunner short length pant with matching sleeve medallion lace neck blouse. A.J. and Paul Smith, both the boys are the sons of Daine and Charlotte Smith wore Levis, short sleeve shirts and Nike shoes. Charlotte Smith, wife of Daine Smith wore a sleeveless dress in coral by Connected Apparel.
