Governor McCrory Helps Seagrove Police Department Receive Two New Patrol Cars

Seagrove, N.C. – The Seagrove Police Department has two new tools to fight crime thanks to a grant from the Governor’s Crime Commission (GCC) announced by Governor Pat McCrory today. Through the GCC’s Byrne Justice Assistance Grant, the town received $96,880.69 to purchase two new police vehicles, replacing two aging patrol cars.

“One of the top priorities of our administration has been to support and protect those that protect us,” said Governor McCrory. “These new, reliable vehicles will help Seagrove’s officers keep the community and our state safe.”
