Raleigh, N.C. – Governor Pat McCrory is thanking and recognizing North Carolina National Guard members for their heroism during the response to Hurricane Matthew, in a new video released by the Guard. More than 1,100 National Guard troops and nearly 350 high water and rescue vehicles have been deployed since the governor declared a State of Emergency in all 100 counties.
