During the recent (May 23-June 5)Click It Or Ticket Campaign Bladen County had a total of 855 traffic and criminal violations reported. Out of the 855 violations there was 10 DWI’s, 229 occupant restraint violations, 18 criminal violations, 594 traffic violations, 3 felony arrests and one person was apprehended on a wanted violation.
Other southeastern North Carolina counties with traffic and criminal violations were: Brunswick 1,226, Columbus 1,001, Cumberland 2,866, Duplin 704, Robeson 1,687 and Sampson 495.
