A collision between a grain truck and a car at about 5:30 a.m. has resulted in the temporary closure of NC 211 Bypass in the vicinity of the Hardees restaurant. The road is anticipated to remain closed through at least early afternoon as officials work to unload the grain and remove the overturned truck.
The occupants of the car were transported to Bladen County Hospital and the driver of the grain truck suffered minor injuries.
