The Halloween Proclamation for the Town of Bladenboro has been released. Melanie Hester, Town Clerk/Finance Officer with the Town of Bladenboro stated, “As usual, it is up to the residents and parents whether they wish to participate in Trick or Treat or any other Halloween festivity.”
She added, “Stay safe, have fun.”
