Cade Hancock, of Elizabethtown, playing Monday in the second round of the Optimist International Junior Golf Tournament at Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, shot a 76.
Hancock, playing in the 16-18 age group, improved by three stokes from his first day round of 79.
Hancock will be playing with golfers from New Hampshire, Puerto Rico and Paraguay in the third round Tuesday and will be teeing off at 9:09 a.m.
Hancock is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Hancock of Elizabethtown.
