Harrells Christian Academy attended the 2022 North Carolina Beta Convention held in Greensboro, North Carolina, on January 28th. The convention lasted until January 29th, with those who are eligible proceeding onto the National Beta Convention held in Nashville, TN.
When asked how she felt about Harrells being at the convention, Ruth Ann Parker, Harrells Christian Academy Senior Beta Club Sponsor, stated, “I am so proud of this group of young people! They had to overcome many obstacles to plan and prepare for this year’s competitions, and they all did so well. It is truly an honor to get to be the sponsor of a club that not only is academically gifted and creatively talented but also genuinely holds the ideal of serving others at heart. Our convention season is only a portion of our efforts in the Beta Club. These HCA Beta students spend the majority of their time learning to lead by serving their communities, state, nation, and beyond.”
