Last week we received a call about a man by the name of Tim Adriany, from Robeson County, and his last wish to ride in a muscle classic car. We wanted to share the story to show how social media is changing lives, and how friends, even if only virtual, can make a difference.
Tim received news from his doctor that he has stage four cancer and is not expected to live for very much longer according to reports. Tim’s last wish was to ride in a classic muscle car. Some friends of the middle-aged man posted his wish on social media.
According to Lorenzo McLaurin from VIP Limousine in less than two days after posting the event 125 classic cars came out on Thursday, August 20th, to give Tim the ride of his life. Supporters watched as Tim smiled and waved jumping from one classic cruiser to another for a ride.
Tim is a husband and father of two children and one on the way. Lorenzo from VIP Limousine, who had his limo there in the convoy said, “It choked me up. It was an amazing event to see.” Tim was so excited to have this experience and gave all the praise and glory to the Lord.
