There is still a chance for more flooding today. There are some stores, gas station and restaurants open. However many roads and highways have standing water and could be washed out completely.
Remember, the first deaths during Hurricane Matthew were due to a car attempting to cross a road that had been washed away. Stay where you are if it is safe and at all possible.
There is a curfew in effect until further notice from starting at 8 p.m. until 7 a.m.
