SELMA – Traffic in both directions is being diverted off Interstate 95 in Johnston County this afternoon after a power line fell across the highway. The obstruction is causing major backups.
For I-95 North, the road is closed at exit 102 in Micro. For I-95 South, traffic is detouring off exit 107.
The N.C. Department of Transportation is coordinating with the N.C. Highway Patrol and a power company to remove the obstruction and reopen the highway as soon as possible.
