Bladen County Sheriff’s Office presents “The Pink Lady”. This vehicle is decorated in pink in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness. The month of October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and is a time we remember those that have recovered, continue to fight or lost their lives to that dreaded word… Cancer. She will be driven by Corporal Linda Jacobs and will be a permanent addition to the Sheriff’s Office fleet.
Sheriff McVicker would like to offer to anyone having an event for any Cancer awareness the opportunity to have the Pink Lady at your event. Please contact Public Information Officer Amanda Sykes at Bladen County Sheriff’s Office 910-862-6960 and we will make arrangements to have her there.
Pink Lady will be at the Bladen County Courthouse lawn Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Sheriff McVicker would love to have all cancer survivors and those currently fighting cancer come and join us for a picture.
