iPhone 7 rumors
While the iOS 10 features are public, the new iPhone 7 (September) features are secret. All we have is rumors. Hey, I just want some battery life!!!! The general feeling is rather Ho-Hum with very few innovations and just improvements like a “S” model year.
Here are some thoughts from fairly reliable sites:
• 4.7 and 5.5 versions will be available
• iPhone 7 might be called “Pro”
• the antenna bands you didn’t know were on the back of your iPhone may be removed
• the camera lens may protrude more from the camera back and a 2nd camera lens might be added. There is also a rumor of a single larger lens.
• the headphone jack will be removed in favor of bluetooth headphones and this may improve water resistance. Lightning plug headphones may be allowed and a 3.5mm to lightning adapter may be included.
• Maybe a new speaker arrangement
• there is a rumor of a smart connector on the side of the iPhone 7 plus
• no change to current lightning connectors
• the 16GB memory option for phones may be eliminated in favor of a 32GB base model
• a new dark space gray color
• possible wireless charging
• dual sim trays to give your phone a multi-phone number capability
We will know more in August hopefully.
