The Elizabethtown Police Department invites community members to join local law enforcement officers for a special event, Coffee with a Cop, aimed at fostering positive relationships between officers and the citizens they serve. The event will take place on Wednesday, October 2nd, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Barefoot Brew, located at 119 W. Broad Street, Elizabethtown, NC 28337.

This initiative offers residents a unique opportunity to meet and engage with their local police officers in a casual and friendly environment. Attendees will have the chance to ask questions, voice their concerns, and get to know the officers who work to keep the community safe.

The mission of Coffee with a Cop is to break down barriers between officers and the community by removing formal agendas and providing an open space for meaningful conversation.
