DUBLIN – Midway defeated West Bladen 6-1 Tuesday in Four County Conference baseball action.
The Knights scored their run in the first inning as sophomores Dalton Pait and Derrick Long belted singles. Freshman Braylan Williamson knocked in Dalton Pait with a single.
Long batted 2-3 to lead the Knight hitters. Williamson, Dalton Pait, sophomores Jeremy Pait and Thomas West and freshman Colby White connected for one hit each for West Bladen.
White pitched for the Knights who are now 4-7-1 in league play and 9-9-1 overall. West Bladen will host East Bladen Thursday at 4 p.m.
