ST. PAULS – Freshmen Majuan McKoy and Jordan Robinson combined for 20 points Thursday night to lead East Bladen to a 32-24 jayvee boys basketball victory over St. Pauls.
Majuan McKoy who led all scorers with 12 points fired in 3 baskets and 2 free throws in the fourth quarter as the Eagles pulled away for the victory. Robinson drained a pair of first-half 3-point shots and scored all 8 of his points before halftime.
Sophmore Shy Pone nailed a 3-point shot and another basket in the first quarter and totaled 5 points in the game. Sophmore Pierce Melvin bombed in a 3-point shot in the third quarter.
Coach Greg High’s Eagles improved to 3-1 with the victory. East Bladen will host Midway Tuesday night in their Four County Conference opener.
