East Bladen defeated Heide Trask 49-41 Tuesday night in Four County Conference jayvee boys basketball action at Rocky Point.
Demetrius Wooten poured in 17 points to lead the Eagle scoring. Teammate Chris McKnight fired in 13 points for the winners.
Derrick Burney worked the paint for 8 points for East Bladen, and Deondre Harris followed with 7 points.
Coach Michael Hall’s Eagles improved to 5-11 and will host Wallace-Rose Hill Friday night.
