Pender defeated West Bladen 35-30 Wednesday night in Four County Conference jayvee boys basketball action at West.
Gerardo Reyes pumped in 11 points, grabbed 4 rebounds and had 2 steals to lead the Knight offense. Freshman Kerron Washington tossed in 6 points, and Nhyki Richardson followed with 5 points.
Emmanuel Jessup pulled down a team-high 11 rebounds for West Bladen.
The Knights travel to Clinton Friday for a 4:30 game.
