RED SPRINGS – Red Springs defeated West Bladen 44-25 Friday night in Three Rivers Conference jayvee boys basketball action.
Freshman Lancine Soumahoro tossed in 3 baskets and 2 free throws to lead the Knight scoring with 8 points. Teammate Donovan Stone pumped in 2 baskets and a free throw to total 5 points.
Jadacus Register dropped in a basket and 2 free throws in the opening quarter to finish with 4 points. Jerryley Kercius bombed in a 3-point shot for the Knights in the final period.
West Bladen will host East Columbus Friday.
