LAKE WACCAMAW – Sophomores Sam Inscoe and Ishmael Arteaga recorded ‘Hat Tricks’ of three goals each to lead East Bladen to a 9-0 Three Rivers Conference jayvee boys soccer victory over East Columbus on Wednesday.
Arteaga also dished out two assists to go with his three goals. Junior Sulamon Algozy knocked in a goal and racked up three assists for the winners. Sophomore Joel Johnson banged in a goal and was credited with two assists.
Senior Humberto Espinosa scored the other Eagle goal and also added an assist.
It was the first game of the season for the East Bladen jayvees.
