DUBLIN – West Bladen rode a potent ground attack to an 18-14 non-conference junior varsity football victory over St. Pauls Thursday night.

Sophmore Kerron Washington and freshmen Da’Shawn Hines and Shemaiah Leak keyed the Knight offense that piled up over 250 yards rushing in the game.

Washington and Hines combined to score 3 rushing touchdowns for the Knights.

“We are improving every game,” said West Bladen Coach Kris Williams.

The Knights improved to 2-1 with the victory, and after an open date next week, will open Four County Conference play at Union on September, 22.
