Purnell Swett defeated West Bladen 34-15 Tuesday night in non-conference jayvee girls basketball action at Pembroke.
Sophmore Mikayla Winebarger and freshman Conner Brisson led the West Bladen scoring with 4 points each. It was the season opener for the Lady Knights who were plagued by 21 turnovers.
