ELIZABETHTOWN – South Columbus closed the game with an 11-0 run that vaulted the Lady Stallions to a 20-14 Three Rivers Conference jayvee girls basketball victory over East Bladen Tuesday night.
The Lady Eagles scored the first two points of the fourth quarter to boost their lead to 14-9, before the decisive Lady Stallion run began.
East Bladen had built an 8-4 halftime lead and still led 12-9 after 3 periods. Shanell McMillan pumped in 4 points to lead the Lady Eagles. Teammates Lily Lin and Carlie West added 3 points each.
