Midway defeated East Bladen 2-0 Tuesday in Four County Conference volleyball action at East by game scores of 25-22 and 25-18.
Freshman Ashley Hardin led the Lady Eagle scoring with 8 service points, an ace and an assist. Sophomore Kaley Smith was credited with 6 assists and tallied 5 service points and a kill.
Bethany Lesane knocked in 4 kills and a service point for East Bladen. Sophomore Hannah DeVane slammed in 2 kills and a block, and Alexa Hernanaez smacked in a pair of kills.
The Lady Eagle jayvees are now 6-8 and will host Clinton Thursday at 4:30.
