DUBLIN – West Bladen swept West Columbus 2-0 Monday in Three Rivers Conference jayvee volleyball action by set scores of 25-21 and 25-23.
Freshman Khadijah Jones belted in 5 kills, 2 aces, 3 service points and had 2 digs to lead the Lady Knights. Teammate Alana King drilled in 5 aces, a kill, 5 service points and had one dig.
Sophmore Jordan Benson smacked in 5 service points, 2 kills and had 4 digs for the winners. Indra Rodriquez keyed the Lady Knight defense with 9 digs and added a service point and a kill.
Sophmore Erica Storms slammed in 2 kills, an ace and 3 service points, while freshman Amelia Brisson tallied 3 service points, an ace and 2 digs.
Freshman Taylor West was credited with 2 digs and had a service point for West Bladen. Freshman Shelby Pharr fired in a kill and a service point, and Cheyenne Lewis had one dig.
The Lady Knights will host St. Pauls Thursday at 4:30.
