The Kelly Spring Festival is planned for Saturday, April 28, 2018, at the Kelly Ballpark in Kelly. The event will kick off with a parade at 10 a.m.
Parade entrants are asked to line up on Cassius Smith Road beginning at 9:30 a.m. The parade will travel down NC 53 towards the Kelly ball field.
The North Tower Band will offer a variety of music beginning at 11 a.m. The band plays a variety of Top 40, beach music, funk and oldies. In addition to the band, there will be various food and craft vendors available.
Come out and join us for beach music, bounce houses, crafts, raffles and food along with lots of family fun!
